West Virginia, December 8, 2023 – Awakening the Domestic Church (ADC) is thrilled to announce the upcoming "Vision-a-thon" event, a live, online broadcast to be held on December 8th from 8 PM to 9 PM EST. This visionary event will be streamed on YouTube, Facebook, and Rumble, and it aims to underscore the urgency of ADC's mission – uniting Christians locally to foster global transformation.

In response to Pope Benedict XVI's Year of Faith initiative in 2012, Awakening the Domestic Church has been diligently working on a global project that now calls for local action. The "Vision-a-thon" is a significant step towards realizing this vision of unity in diversity, echoing Jesus's prayer for unity among His followers.

The Vision of Awakening the Domestic Church:

ADC's mission is to bridge misunderstandings and hostilities among Christians of various traditions, encouraging them to embrace unity in diversity. The project employs media tools to help individuals form a vision of grace, emphasizing freedom from societal pressures and the freedom to love oneself as created by God.

These media tools are designed to cultivate relationships within local neighborhoods, acknowledging that every Christian is already an integral part of the universal Church. By focusing on God's vision and His love for families and neighborhoods, ADC seeks to empower Christians to become the missionary disciples they were meant to be.

Deacon Darrell Wentworth, Founder of Awakening the Domestic Church, extends a heartfelt invitation to all Christians: "Join us in this quest to let God the Father teach every Christian to be the missionary disciple He planned for each of us to be.
